Join We Are Family September 25th for our annual Maybe-Baby Workshop. This is an informative and
educational event for anyone in the LGBT community that is considering parenting. Whether you are a
soon-to-be parent or have already begun the joys of parenthood, please come join us, as this will be an
interactive learning environment that everyone will benefit from!
This September you will learn about many family creations options, including surrogacy, egg donation, sperm
banks, insemination and in-vitro fertilization and egg cryopreservation. You will also learn about foster care
and adoption services that are available. Our guest speakers will include Andre Wade from Clark County
Department of Family Services and Dr. Littman from Red Rock Fertility, Dr. McConnell from Nevada Fertility
Cares, Erica Bowers from Growing Generations and Mindy Berkson from Lotus Blossom Consulting.
The Maybe-Baby Workshop will afford every attendee the opportunity to interact with the guest speakers
listed above, as well as current parents, in order to obtain a better understanding of how to create a family
and what resources are available to the LGBT community.
